Google Bee Workers
Personal illustration based on a New York Times article which focuses on the struggle of Google’s researches as they couldn’t find a common pattern from their work groups and a fixed formula to create the perfect team. This illustration is inspired by the idea of worker bees that work in large colonies and build their honey comb together. I think this serves well as a visual metaphor that compares Google’s work culture to the communal way of working that bees have. The bee workers represent the employees and the different flying patterns symbolize their unique work habits and dynamics.
